A message from the GWAS President
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you in your clubs and counties within the GWAS region, who are working tirelessly behind the scenes in an effort to keep archery alive during these difficult times.
I know that hours have been spent creating protocols to enable people to shoot, only to have the tier restrictions change and thus prevent your plans being put in to action. Your work and enthusiasm has not gone unnoticed and I applaud and thank you on behalf of all the GWAS community.
I would also like to publically thank our Honorary Tournament Organiser for devising and running on line GWAS tournaments and our Honorary Treasurer for her scheme to make grants available to help clubs survive until we can all resume the sport we love.
Let us hope that it will not be too long before we can meet again on the shooting line.
